How to use the app

Everything you need to work with the app, in one place. Read it once — most questions are answered here.

  1. 1 Install and sign in
  2. 2 Allow location and notifications

1. Install and sign in

  1. Install the app from the store using the button below.
  2. Open it, type the email your dispatcher has on file and tap Sign in. That is your login — there is no password.
  3. Check your email for a 5-digit code and type it into the app. Look in Spam if it doesn't arrive within a minute.
  4. That's it. The app stays signed in — you don't need to do this every day.

Already driving with us? Don't tap “Apply to drive” — that form is only for new drivers. Just sign in with your email.

If you see…

“No account with this email”
Check the email for typos. If you have more than one email, try the others — dispatch may have a different one on file. Still nothing? Ask your dispatcher which email is on your record — they can update it to the one you use.
“Too many attempts”
Wait a minute, then try again or tap “Resend code”.
“That code didn't work”
Codes expire after 10 minutes. Use the code from the newest email, or resend.

2. Allow location and notifications

The app will ask for a few permissions on first start. Allow all of them — without them dispatch can't see your location or reach you.

Changed your mind later? In the app, open Settings → Permissions and tap Fix next to anything that's off — a red dot on the Settings tab means something needs fixing. Or open your phone's Settings → Homeland and set Location to Always, Precise Location On, Notifications On.

Changed your mind later? In the app, open Settings → Permissions and tap Fix next to anything that's off — a red dot on the Settings tab means something needs fixing. Or long-press the app icon → App info → Permissions. Set Location to Allow all the time, Notifications On. Under Battery choose Unrestricted.

3. Your status

Your status tells dispatch whether you’re available, hauling a company load, or unavailable. Change it as soon as something changes — not at the end of the day.

Available

You are ready for a company load — or already hauling one for the company.

This status shares your location with dispatch. Keep it while hauling a company load.

Busy

You’re unavailable for company loads, for example while hauling for another company.

Tell dispatch where and when you free up — both are required. Pick the city first: the time is in that city's time zone. Location sharing is off while busy.

Off duty

Vacation, sick, personal time, truck in the shop.

Pick a reason and, if you know it, your return date.

Changing or updating

  • Tap a status to set it. Tap your current status to change the details (time, place, note) or send it again as is.
  • You can add a short note for dispatch to any status.
  • If you see “No truck assigned yet”, contact your dispatcher to assign your truck.
  • If you see “… manages your status”, your company sets it for you — see the last question in section 7.

Check-ins

From time to time a notification asks “Is this still accurate?”, “Still busy?”, “Are you free now?” or “Back on duty?”. This is normal — tap it and pick the answer. That keeps your status accurate without you having to remember.

If you're Available and start driving, the app may ask “Looks like you’re driving”. Hauling a company load? Tap Still available. Hauling for someone else? Tap Switch to Busy.

4. Location sharing — how it works

While you are Available, the app sends your location to dispatch about every 15 minutes by itself — more often while you're moving. You don't need to open it or tap anything.

For it to work:

  • Keep the phone's GPS / Location on.
  • Keep internet on (mobile data is enough).
  • Don't force-close the app. Just press Home or switch to another app — it keeps working in the background.

What “force-close” means

Swiping up from the bottom, then swiping the app card away. Don't do that — just go to the Home screen instead.

Opening the recent-apps list and swiping the app away, or tapping “Close all” / “Clear all”. Don't do that — just press Home instead. Also avoid “cleaner” or “booster” apps that kill apps in the background.

How to tell it's working

Location sharing on
at the bottom of the Status tab — everything is fine.
Location sent 5 min ago
also fine — shows when your last location went out.
Location sharing off
normal — sharing pauses while you are Busy or Off duty.
Location unavailable · Fix
a permission or the phone's Location is off. Tap Fix, or see “Allow location and notifications” above.
Location sharing paused
a notification — open the app once and it resumes.

While Available, you'll also see an “Available” card on your Lock Screen showing how long ago your location was sent.

While Available, a “You're AVAILABLE” notification stays in the notification bar and shows when your location was last shared. Don't swipe it away — that is the tracking running.

When dispatch asks for your location

If you get a “Location check” or “You’re marked Available” notification, just tap it. The app sends your location right away and shows Location shared. If it also says automatic updates are off, do what it says — allow precise and background location, or restart the app — otherwise dispatch will keep asking.

Battery use is small — roughly the same as a messenger app.

5. Chat with dispatch

One chat, straight to your dispatcher. Write like you would in a messenger.

  • Tap the paperclip to take a photo, pick one from your library, scan a document (BOL, POD), record a video, or attach a PDF.
  • Photos and documents are stored in the chat — you don't need to send them again.
  • A message marked Not sent: tap Try again once you have signal, or Remove it.
  • Long-press a message to reply to it or copy the text.

6. Owner-operators: My drivers

If you're an owner-operator, you get a My drivers tab as soon as one of your drivers signs in to the app. It shows all your drivers and what needs your attention. Your own status, if you drive too, stays in the Status tab.

You manage their status

  • You set your drivers' status. They see it in their app but can't change it, and their status check-ins come to you instead.
  • Location still comes from each driver's own phone while they are Available. The app reminds them itself — you only hear about it when they don't respond.

The list

Needs your attention
Handle these first: Set status, Confirm status, or Location missing · Follow up with driver.
Drivers
Everyone else, Available first. Busy drivers show when and where they free up; Available drivers show their last location, or “Waiting for location”.
Not active recently
Drivers with no activity for a while. Shown dimmed near the bottom.
Don't have the app
Drivers from dispatch records who haven't signed in yet. Tap ⋯ → Copy email and ask them to install the app and sign in with that email.

Someone on the list no longer drives for you? Long-press them, or tap ⋯ → Hide. Hidden drivers move to Hidden at the bottom of the list — on this phone only. Tap one there to show it again.

Updating a driver

  • Tap a driver to open their card. Nothing changed? Tap Confirm current status.
  • To change it, tap Available, Busy or Off duty under “Change or update” — the same forms you use for your own status.
  • Pull the list down to refresh it.
  • “No unit assigned” means dispatch hasn't linked a truck to that driver yet. Status and location start once they do.

Notifications you'll get

  • Morning check / Afternoon check — which drivers need their status confirmed. Tap to open the list.
  • [Driver] · Status check — one driver's status needs confirming or updating.
  • Driver location stale — a driver hasn't shared location for hours and ignored the reminders. Call them and ask them to open the app.

7. Something's wrong?

Most problems have a one-tap fix. If not — contact your dispatcher.

The sign-in code doesn't arrive

Check Spam / Junk. Make sure you typed the email exactly — tap “Wrong email?” to fix it. Wait a minute and tap “Resend code”. Still nothing — ask your dispatcher to confirm the email on your account.

“No account with this email”

Check the email for typos and try any other email you use. If none works, contact your dispatcher: they will tell you which email is on your record, or update it to the one you actually use. Don't apply again — “Apply to drive” is only for new drivers.

I can't set a status / “No truck assigned yet”

Your truck isn't linked to your account yet. Contact your dispatcher.

Dispatch says they don't see my location

Check three things: your status is Available; the app says Location sharing on or a recent Location sent time; the app was not force-closed. If it says Location unavailable, tap Fix (see section 2).

I don't get notifications

Open the app — if you see Notifications off at the bottom, tap Turn on. You can also check Settings → Permissions in the app (section 2). On Android also make sure Do Not Disturb isn't silencing the app.

“No internet connection” or “Can’t reach the server”

Check mobile data or Wi-Fi. The app keeps retrying by itself. Messages that didn't go out show Not sent — tap Try again once you're back online.

The app asks me to update

Tap Update now — it takes you to the store. If it says Update required, your version no longer works until you update.

I got a new phone

Install the app and sign in with the same email. Your chat history and status come back. Allow the permissions again on the new phone.

How do I change the language?

Settings tab → Language. English, Russian and Ukrainian are available.

How do I delete my account?

Settings tab → Delete account. It's turned off right away and permanently deleted after 7 days. Changed your mind? Contact support within those 7 days.

The app says my company manages my status

Your company sets your status for you, so you can't change it yourself. Contact your company if it needs to change. Location sharing still works from your phone as usual while you're Available.

Still stuck?

Your dispatcher is the fastest way to get help — call or message them in the chat. For problems with the app itself, use Settings → Contact support. Not assigned to a dispatcher yet? Wait for your onboarding details.
